[rodgersorgan] CD of Vierne's Intermezzo

You may recall a previous post in which I asked if anyone knew where I could
get a CD of Vierne's Intermezze from volume 1 of 24 Pieces de Fantaise.
Well, after considerable searching on the Internet, I located a two-disk set of
CD's that contain all of the pieces in Vierne's "24 Pieces de Fantaise". I
ordered
it today from Tower Records, (on line). Their site has excerpts that one can
hear, so I listened to the excerpt of Intermezzo. My 84 year old fingers will
NEVER be able to play it as fast as the recordings, but I guess I can say
that it is my interpretation of Intermezzo -- at about half the speed of
the CD !!!
<grin> Anyhow, half speed is better than no speed at all. <another grin>
