If you are having a tough time learning a piece using the hands and
pedals alone practice files either from the Bach by Immersion series
(Volumes 1,4 and 8 now shipping) or another work on disk...or a work you
have sequenced in yourself very slowly...you can adjust the speed up bit
by bit to get it working.

You can also set markers at the beginning and end of difficult sections
and then hit repeat to zero in on difficult passages. They will play
over and over again, get your part going, nudge the tempo up bit by
bit...it becomes a sort of zen-like session where you find mastery...as
long as the custodian doesn't interrupt with the vacuum cleaner.
