I have never had the opportunity to visit the factory. L I was generally too
busy in the field installing, trying to keep up with the sales staff who were
selling these organs right and left. In my 11 years with Steve, I know I was
personally responsible for the install of over 380 instruments, with almost ½
of those being pipe augmented.
The possible answer may be, after the purchase of Rodgers by the new company
and the restructuring, they may simply not have the staff available at the drop
of a hat for a tour. Possible? Yes? Will we know that? No!
Said in the most sincere and non confrontational way possible.

Wow, why?
Sorry, that doesn’t answer the question.
A simple YES or NO, not WOW or WHY.
As reported they may be considering permitting visits, but you have to take
your dealer along.
So only interested (and assumedly) qualified buyers can visit the factory.
What’s the value of an informal visit just to see the factory and organs? The
question is how many people have actually visited in the past who were not in
the market, but later, when they were, they choose Rodgers.
Since they are discussing this, anyone who wants to chime in and HAS visited
the old factory to relate how the visit affected their thinking, may help to
influence those who make decisions to permit visits without the chaperone.

How many of you were strongly influenced by a visit to Rodgers on your own and
not with the intent (at that time) to buy?
