Noel. Thanks for you fast reply, I an never good at remembering model numbers - and I don't have the manual at hand. I believe it is 950 (I think that is in the model number. I spoke to the agent about it, and he hadn't heard of the problem before. Will need to remember Set and Cancel for future use, its got to be better for the instrument than switching off.
