IS there a Rodgers tech rep in New Mexico?

Owners should establish a relationship with their dealer and/or an independent
tech, they may need some assistance at some point in a DIY situation. As Mike
noted, if approached nicely we do share technical documentation when I feel it
is appropriate. It is a case-by-case thing--the dealers and technicians are in
the best position to manage this and the ones who will have to pick up the
pieces when things take a left turn. We've done that too.
The way Rodgers handles technical documentation is quite appropriate.
Furthermore, Rodgers does not provide tech support directly to owners--that's
what dealers and independent techs are for--so to provide technical
documentation directly sets up a situation that can easily backfire on a dealer
or technician. It would be foolhardy.
