Those motors are completely non-certified, and are prohibited at any NAR or
TRA sanctioned launch.
Jerry Irvine has a long, long history of ignoring the laws and rules and
regulations he finds inconvenient. His motors are just one casualty of that
history.
Bottom line: Use at your own risk (legal and otherwise), and don't do it at
a ROC launch.
