Thanks,  I've seen the BMI fin Jig and see the HPR-1 advertised , but the HPR-1 
seems to be not available.  Does anyone know of a source for the HPR-1 fin jig?

Good evening Mike,

You can buy jigs, but you usually just make them.

They really should be required for any L3 cert.  Use them to augment
common sense.
