The system will not source anywhere near 40 amps reliably. The batteries used
simply are not up to it. (7AH sealed lead acid)
Have you considered series wiring, rather than parallel? You would need low
resistance ignitors, but the system would have a better chance of firing. I
prefer series anyway, but have not tried more than 5 motors at a time.
For a project with major requirements like that you should probably have your
own boost box, with the ROC system picking up a relay. And plan to use a car
battery to source that much current.
