[rmaexpress_help] RMAExpress 0.5 alpha 7

RMAExpress 0.5 alpha 7 has been released. It can be downloaded at
http://rmaexpress.bmbolstad.com
Changes since 0.5 alpha 6
- Source code has been fixed so it builds on Unicode enabled wxWidget
installations (common with some recent Linux distributions)
- The windows binary has been built using my usual build procedure which
is to cross build it on a Linux machine. One user noted an installation
problem with the previous version (0.5 alpha 6) which was actually built
directly on Windows.
