[rmaexpress_help] RMAExpress 0.4.1 released

RMAExpress 0.4.1 Release has been released. It can be downloaded at
http://rmaexpress.bmbolstad.com/
It features only minor tweaks to the residuals image dialog box and how
it deals with large arrays (greater than 1000 by 1000 probes). 0.4.1
becomes the new "stable" version superseding 0.4. However, there is no
urgent need for you to update from 0.4.
