This is not possible to do using RMAExpress. While it will handle mixing
HG-U95A and HG-U95Av2  or MG-U74A and MG-U74Av2 using the data convertor
I don't recommend it in any other case. In the case of U133A and U133v2
you are dealing with two quite different generations of chips with
different feature sizes and I suspect that this creates sufficient
non-biological differences that can't easily be removed.

A better approach would be to pre-process within chip type and then look
to combine your expression measures between datasets. For instance using
mixed models.
