Attention to all:
As of June 22, 2006 there is in effect a new bill that goes into effect at
once.
The bill amends the Highway Traffic Act to bring drinking and boating
offences under the
Criminal Code of Canada, resulting in loss of driving licences for
alcohol-related offences
while in command of a power vessel.
Ontario Legislature of the Private Member's Bill 209.
