Hello fellow boaters,
I'm heading up to the Bustard Island area in a couple of days.
I'm sure some of the squadron members have been there. Any
suggestions/tips to offer??
I plan to put in at the ramp on hwy 69 and motor down the Key River to
Georgian Bay where I intend to sail around and explore the Bustard
Islands and some of the land north and west of the entrance to key river
(all depends on weather of course). I have been scanning the charts,
have read the relevant sections of "Ports", and have viewed the relevant
sections on the DVD "Discovering Georgian Bay's 30,000 Islands". I will
be single-handing my 17 ft siren sailboat and have no intention of
"pushing it".
Any tips/suggestions will be received in the spirit they are given!!
