[rex-users] Rex 0.44.0 released

= We are proud to anounce the long awaited release of Rex 0.44. =
This release adds support for external hooks in various functions and also
experimental support for Docker.
Furthermore there are a lot of enhancements and bugfixes.
For a list of all changes with examples please see the release notes [1].
The list of all changes are too long, so i just going to list the
highlights.
* Hooks for some rex function, so it is possible to influence internal rex
functions with plugins.
For an example you can have a look at the backup plugin [2] (Code), [3]

* Experimental Docker support from chenryn
* Improved support for OpenWrt from FErki
* autodie feature if a run() failed [4]
* lot of smaller enhancements and bugfixes from various people.
