Hey Cory

How's this year wrapping up for you?

For the most part I have been playing with the Dreamcast, still
tinkering with the Atari 8-bit computers, Atari Jaguar game system, and
rejoined an Amiga group.

The Amiga group, and the Newtontalk group... though I don't do
much with either platform, they are good people to hang around.

Oh still on BBS's and picked up a Ps2 cheap for Guitar Hero:
Rock of the 80's. ;)

        How about you?

Greg / Doc Clu

Subject: [retrochallenge] Rules?

Hey, do we have a final version of the rules, more specifically, the
scoring?

Like.. is scoring based on hours, or on what you do? Or is it hours,
based
on what type of system you use?

Also, what sorts of multipliers are there, if any?

Like... today, I might have been on my 32bit mac system for.... oh, I
don't
know, I'm going to say 2 hours so far, maybe more or less (not sure :P)
but
I have performed a variety of tasks. (downloaded software over FTP,
exchanged communiques over e-mail, modifyed resource forks, written with
bad
spelling, etcetera)

If there are multipliers and things where you do different things to
your
score based on what you're doing, would it then be better for everybody
to
send their raw usage data to me, and then have me
tabulate/collect/calculate
it all, or would it better for me to just have everybody send me their
daily
points?

~Cory
