To Our Valued Community Partners,
We want you to know that ........
Cooperative Health Is Still Providing Health Care Services
Eau Claire Cooperative Health Center (dba Cooperative Health) is committed to
being an essential partner with other public health organizations to promote
community awareness of the evolving threat of COVID-19 while maintaining
patient services. Regardless of insurance status or ability to pay, Cooperative
Health will remain operational to provide healthcare services, including
pharmacy and behavioral health services.
COVID-19 drive-thru testing. Cooperative Health tests in four rural communities
in the Midlands of South Carolina: Hopkins, Little Mountain, Winnsboro and
Pelion. Tests are administered by appointment only Monday - Thursday between
the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Residents can call (803) 722-1822 to speak
with a patient service representative for more information and to complete the
COVID-19 screening process.
Virtual telehealth based visits. Cooperative Health offers telehealth visits to
existing patients. Amid COVID-19, these phone-based visits will allow for
social distancing while providing continuity of care.
Pediatric services. You are welcome to schedule an appointment most convenient
for you and your family. Cooperative Health continues to offer newborn and
adolescent well-child and immunization visits.
Adult services. Don't wait and put your health off. With COVID - 19, the
emergency room and urgent care centers are no place for primary care. If you
have blood pressure, diabetes, and other chronic health conditions we need to
continue with your healthcare regimen. We want to keep you healthy.
Pharmacy services. If you do not have insurance, Cooperative Health provides
extra savings. We have four conveniently located in-house pharmacies with staff
ready to assist you. We also offer a mail out option or home delivery for
refrigerated medications. Also, we provide curbside pick-up at all locations
and our West Columbia and Eastover pharmacies have a drive-thru so you don't
have to leave your vehicle. We can take payment via credit card over the phone
and get the medications sent out to you.
Mental and behavioral health services: Do not neglect your mental health. COVID
- 19 is an extremely stress oriented time. Remain in care with us. If you are
experiencing uncontrolled mental health or psychiatric symptoms, please call us.
Obstetrics & Gynecological (OB/GYN) services. Cooperative Health offers
extraordinary care in the field of women's health and pregnancy. Please call us
to schedule new or follow-up appointments.
Podiatry and Dental services: Cooperative Health offers 3 regional locations
for the care of your TEETH and FEET. During COVID - 19, dental care is for
emergency - acute pain only. Foot care is open for all your needs.
We're still here to make sure your health care needs are addressed. We are
committed to maintaining accessible, high-quality compassionate health care
services for our patients during these uncertain times. Make an appointment
today to receive first-class health care in a safe and friendly environment.
Thank you for trusting Cooperative Health with your health care needs.
