Subject: Idaho Falls Civitan Club

Hi Todd – I am the Program Director for the Idaho Falls Civitan Club &
Irene Jones gave me your contact information.  She stated you’d like to be
a guest speaker at one of our luncheons with the topic of Medicaid
expansion.  She also indicated that you have a petition you’d like to
bring, which was approved by our Board of Directors.



We meet from 12:00-1:00 at the Pinecrest Event Center, located at 560 E
Anderson Street, located just West of Fred Meyer’s & in the same parking
lot.  We begin the meeting shortly after Noon with the Pledge of
Allegiance, Civitan Creed & prayer then proceed thru the buffet line
(guests first of course J).   Members start arriving shortly before Noon,
but you’re welcome to arrive as early as you’d like.



My next available dates are 3/8, 3/22 & 3/28 - please let me know what
works best & I’ll get you on the calendar.  You’ll  have approximately 20
minutes for your presentation & although we do end the meeting at 1:00 for
folks to return to work, there may be a few Members that stick around to
ask additional questions, so I would definitely plan time for that.



In addition, you’re welcome to bring others along with you as guests – the
more the merrier!  I would also like to properly introduce you to the Club,
so please provide a short bio.  Thanks Todd & looking forward to hearing
from you ~
