I'm putting off writing questions for the Dread Town Hall and instead, have
redone the number matrix on my spreadsheet to reflect the fact that
Bonneville is only a small part of Districts 32 and 34, thus only obligated
to collect a proportional part of their signatures. So that actually comes
out now like this:

Numbers are calculated as follows for 32, 34:
D 32 runs from Teton down through eastern Bonneville to Caribou, Bear Lake,
Franklin and Oneida, w/ half the voters in Teton & Franklin - Teton is Lead
County. Bonneville's share of the total 1,624 votes needed is 192,
proportionally. (Bonneville has 11.8% of the D32 population.)
D 34 is 80% Madison County, 20% Bonneville - Madison is Lead; Bonneville
needs to collect 17.8% of the 1,630 total needed.
SO y'know, we're actually on track to fill our part of those counts too.
If only Marsha and Morgan had got some teams going! (Not sure, maybe they
have and we are just not hearing anything? Leslie, can you ask
Luke/Zach?) At any rate, if we do have the time and troops to tackle them,
it will be clear that it's doable, because we're hitting those targets
fairly well without even trying.

Off the top of my head, Lala, Jill, Patricia, Jackie, and Karen are the
people who volunteered who haven't turned in petitions from last weekend.
Would someone like to reach out to them? If not, I can email them, but it

I wholeheartedly believe that we can get at least another 25-30% for
District 33 next weekend on the door knocking canvass, and based on the
information I've seen in MiniVAN and the success we've seen with Amy and
our last door knocking push, we could be higher if we get enough people
out. Please invite any friends you have who can get out there and help.
If they can't do the walking part, ask them to drive someone through the
neighborhoods. If the weather forecast holds for next weekend, it looks to
be a cold but not unbearable day.
After we hit our goal in 33, my goal is to hit the goal in 30. What a
statement that would make to the rest of the state about the eastern part
of Idaho. Throw in what's happening in Teton County and hopefully what
we're going to help get started in Fremont County and WOW!

It's great to see these figures:

Also to realize, based on these, that we'll be done with our two main
districts in under the 10 remaining weeks if we:
1. Turn in 20 petitions/ week. We can do this. From last Friday through
yesterday, we sent in OVER 42 -- I got back 42, and they are still
processing more. So we need to try to get over 20 in every week... and
we're done.
2. We'll want to shift focus to D30 once we pass 80-85% in D33 (which
will happen by early March). Leslie will guide us. Doorknocking and D30
events will be key.
3. *KEEP INCREASING the numbers of petition circulators. GROW THE TEAM!*
In 6 weeks (since our Jan 6 kickoff) we have more than doubled the number
of people circulating petitions: from our 7-member core team, to 15
people! *This is how a grassroots movement grows!*
And of course, some of our new friends who have stepped up from nowhere
to volunteer for this, are awesome volunteers. Like our petition
circulation leader, Amy Pratt. We are so glad to know Amy! Plus, she
rocks doorknocking.

simply show the totals by person:

So what this shows, in conclusion, is that (1) if we have 15 people
collecting signatures every week, (2) and they collect just 2 full
petitions (which nearly all us have done), then (3) we win Bonneville
County!
So that's my personal challenge for every week: at least 2 petitions
filled.
