That's right, Ross. There's no point in defragging a solid state drive. And the Win 7 auto defrag is only on if it's been turned on. Just open the defragger and it should show if scheduled defrag is on.

Apparently defrag a ssd drive can shorten it's life. Probably not by much
but hey?
