press CTRL+B , release just the B while keeping the CTRL pressed; now as long as CTRL is pressed the J K and L keys and maybe others will scrub at different step sizes. all is explained in JSonar's readme file.

Hi sir roy:
When I tried today, after I put all things u told me,
I have the following:
1-  jaws key + control + down errow doesn't do anything I stay in the
track
view.
2- I hit f6 I think and jaws said, clips pain,
I hit g then I locked my mouse then, when I hit shift + alt +  right
errow,
Jaws said:
gray062 070 083

What things I have missed? Really I neeed this things  so urgent.

go into options|initialization files , then in the Key edit box type
JogPosTimer , tab to the value edit box and type 60; now tab to the Set
button and press the spacebar.
then back to the Key edit box , type PauseOnJog and in the value edit box
type 1; then press the Set button again.
next tab to the close button , and press the SpaceBar to close the dialog. 
you may need to restart Sonar for this to take effect.

have you added the 2 entries to the Cakewalk.ini file?
this is done from Options|initialization files dialog box.
the entries are:
JogPosTimer=60 , and PauseOnJog=1

after going to the clips pane and centering the cursor , lock the left
mouse

button with JawsKey+numpad slash </>; now try using the mouse movement
keys
(Alt+Shift+left/right arrows) and see if it actually performs the
scrubbing.
press Jawskey+Numpad slash again to unlock the left mouse button.

Hi all:

I'm using jsonar with sonar 8.5 on win7 32 bit. But when I start
scrubbing, after removing some small notes, I had an error, and sonar 
asked me to make a recovery.

I made a restart and the same issue. So why is this, and is it from
my
ram? Or my windows or what?
Any help will be highly abbreciated.
