Subject: [realmusicians] Latency with sonar so urgent please

Hi all:

Really I need urgent help, as I'm working in a project and I had to
reinstall windows, and I installed windows 7 32 bit, sonar 8.5.3 but I have
very little amount of latency.
Don't know why, of cores am working in acio mode, the latency could not be observed but if you use metronom, or record midi track and makes quantize,
you will notice the difference.
Even if I choose the midi metronom, the sound for clicks through my keyboard
is different from my computer speakers.
I have m-audio fw1814, so, what shall I do?
4 gb of ram,
I moved my folder for recording in another hard drive, let's say E and my
sonar is installed on C, doe sthis help?
Someone told me that, its better to do this,

Again please, its so urgent for quick response.
Any help will be highly abbreciated.
