Try importing a sound font, and then replacing existing samples with
others.

I'm not sure, but I think Jorgen has used it, and says it's accessible.
I just looked at its menus, which looked like only putting in the foremat
you want converted and the foremat you want as the result, input and
output, but I didn't run it.
