Kayla,
The Victor Stream can indeed be "keyed" to play RFB&D books. I believe the key
costs $20 from RFB&D, and will be delivered to you via e-mail. You simply
install the key once and you're ready to go.
I have a Stream and love it. If you have questions, there are several of us on
the list with them and can give you support.

Hello all:
I am thinking of purchasing the Victor stream and need some questions answered.
I am curious as to the availability of audio books through rfb and d. Are all
books is a digital format? The reason for this question is that I need to know
before purchasing the stream, as I do not wish to have problems with the
textbooks that I have ordered already for classes in the fall.
