I've been getting complaints at FS.  Better contact Serius directly.

    Someone on this list (wish I could remember who) said the Sirius-XM
website for listening online had been down since the weekend. It appears
to be down, although I just heard a promo via my XM home radio that
encouraged people to listen online. Could it be that XM reformatted its
page and that sighted users can easily log in but those using screen
readers cannot? Has anyone else tried logging into XM or Sirius via the
Internet?
