What programs are you printing from that work correctly? What font =
information can you get from the documents that are not working correctly? =
I'm wondering if maybe somehow your font got set to a light color in =
Word. I really doubt it is a printer issue since the device works =
correctly with other programs. I think it is a setting in your word =
processor software. This is just a guess and more information is needed =
to get it figured out.
