[real-eyes] Re: is anyone else's time-warner modem down?

I received a call from TWC about a week ago with an automated message saying 
that they were going to perform system upgrades.  I believe they were going to 
do the updates today, and they said that the cable will most likely be out most 
of today.  Big bummer.  Everything worked for me before work, but that was 
before 7.
