[real-eyes] flaw in SA to Go?

I'm headed out of town to an inaccessible computer, so knowing I won't be able
to see the screen, I hit windows R, then as instructed by System Access to go,
I hit enter to continue. Since I didn't have Jaws running, the system simply
went silent. So I tried hitting alt R, but all that ahppened is that Microsoft
inserts that "ding"/bell sound. So--how accessible is Sa to go without having
to rely on sighted assistance to get started?
