Jim, Looking under settings, then general, I do not see a "reset" option. I see the "lock/never" option, Etc., but no reset option. Are we talking about the same menu? Kim Kimberly A. Under Settings, General, Reset, there are several options. The one you want is reset network settings. You don't want Reset All Settings, or Erase All Content and Settings.
