They are part of the Microsoft Package. Press Start and this will show
you the Start Menu. Then go up or down the menu until you come to the
program 'Disk Cleanup' then click on this and the program will ask you
what disk? Click on C to start program. Same basic procedure for
'Disk Defragmenter'.
