[real-eyes] Windows 7

Greetings:
I just got Windows 7 installed over the weekend. One thing I noticed is
that holding down the windows key and hitting letter M does not take me
to my computer. How do you get to the my computer icon in Windows 7?
Also, what is the best way to get to "my documents"? I eventually find
it by tabbing around, but surely there's a systematic way to locate it?
