[real-eyes] Why isn't Serotek suing?

If you listened to the latest FS podcast, one of the highly touted new
features of Jaws version 10 is auto forms mode, no more having to go into
forms mode on the web.
Hurray. What an innovation!
But wait! Seems to me I've used that feature somewhere before.
System Access has had this feature for years now.
So just as FS has sued Serotek in the past, and GW Micro currently, more
litigation should be added into the mix.
Meaningless, frivolous and superfluous lawsuits are what makes this country
great.
So hopefully, FS will be called to task on this blatant rip off of a feature
from another adaptive company.
