There is a new drugstore on line for participating in the new medication
labeling system. It is the Red Cross Pharmacy in Odesa and they will send
medication with no postal charge. If you call the drug store and talk to them
you can half all your medications changed to their location and they will also
take care of the request that you receive a free device for reading the labels.
Anyway, the phone for the store is (816) 633-5518 fax (816) 633-8372. They said
they have people in Kansas City already and the delivery time is over night. It
is best to call them direct for more info and to get signed up if you want it.
For me I do not really need it at this time in my life but I'm getting it all
worked out in the event that I, some day, get sick and need new and confusing
medication. I will have everything I need without worry. I'm thrilled for all
of us that this is becoming more and more available and I know that there are
stores around the country that are getting on board.
