[real-eyes] Spam blocker.

I know this topic has been discussed on here before, but I wasn't able to
install a spam blocker on my work computer. However, I am now using my
personal computer for all of my personal mail, and I'm starting to get a lot of
junk in here. I put stuff on the block senders list, but it doesn't seem to be
doing much good. Can anyone recommend a good spam blocker that I can install
on here that is Jaws friendly? Thanks.
