[real-eyes] Problems Re-creating Jaws Shortcut key

Here's what I have found that seems to work consistently for creating the
hotkey..
Start as you normally did, but when specifying the hotkey, press the entire
hotkey combination, Alt+Control+J.
Then, even though it seems counter-intuitive, you need to tab all the way
around the dialog instead of immediately shift tabbing back.
When you encounter the hotkey field again, Jaws should echo the key
combination you specified.
