[real-eyes] Need some assistance for a friend

A friend wants to try to use the Mac OS screenreader (she has a mac) but
we don't even know what it's called so can't find any tutorials. If
someone could give us a name and possibly a good place to start, we'd
appreciate it. Thanks.
