My girl friend is running windows 7 and I just installed Microsoft Security Essentials on her machine. On my machine when it is all done installing and running a scan, in the system tray it says computer status protected. However, on her machine it does not show the status of her protection. Am I doing something wrong or is this hidden in the background and it just runs. Thanks for any and all input. Or do I need to get a special installer for Windows 7.
