The command is CTRL+SHIFT+R to reply to all of the recipients of a message. You can tell you've got them by tabbing to the TO field and checking the names there. You are correct, if you cannot use the CTRL+SHIFT+R command, use the menus. ALT+M for the message menu, then arrow down to Reply to All and press ENTER. HTH!
