If that doesn't work out for you there's Sirius satellite radio. Sure there's a monthly subscription fee but the music is commercial free. The stiletto 100 portable receiver speaks the channel name or number as you change channels. We both have one, its just six dollars or so to add a second radio to the subscription of 12.95 a month. We also bought a home docking unit and have that connected to our stereo. There's about 100 channels of music, every type of music and variety of that type one can think of. Then there's all the talk channels, anything from Howard Stern, Doctor radio, fox news, cnn, npr, political channels for left, independent, and right, religious, comedy, kids, sports, etc.. You can learn more at www.sirius.com Here's a link to the radio: http://shop.sirius.com/edealinv/servlet/ExecMacro?nurl=control/StoreItem.vm&ctl_nbr=2640&siId=1745656&catParentID=7874&scId=7874&oldParentID=&cid=SL100PK1 You can also put your MP3 files on the radio and play them and you can connect the radio to a wireless access point and listen to the channels Sirius has via the internet, which aren't as many when listening via regular satellite mode but its still nice.
