Many of this group's surveys pay at least a $25 gift certificate.  I'm not 
sure if this one does or not since I haven't checked it out yet, but they 
are worth signing up with.

We are the Center for Assistive Technology and
Environmental Access (CATEA) at Georgia Tech. We study
workplaces to help people with disabilities become more
effective in their job. We would like you to take a survey.
The survey should take 30-60 minutes to complete. You will
have the option of saving your survey and continuing it at
a later time.

This survey is about the workplace features that you use to
help you with tasks or duties.  We are most interested in
the features that help you because of a limitation in your
ability due to a loss of function or disability.
