That’s the territory where my wife grew up. There is probably 2 million people
within 5 miles of the route.
Before the Beltway, the only route to go east-west was a 2 lane road called
East West Hwy.....which is now 2 lanes each way, with a ton of lights and
always packed......and you know what the Beltway looks like on any giving
day.......

I think those types of construction are good for the community’s and general
quality of life for the residents. I expect there is sufficient population
