The club would only have 6 people at most with access privileges and keys to
the hangar. Jack Bantle and Ben Swann would be two of those with access
privilges. Opportunity for 4 more. The club member with access privilges
would have to be in attendance for the entire time members are out there.
Club members would meet in the parking lot and ride in together with a badge
holder. The rental on the hanger is $288.75 / month. If the club goes with
this opportunity understand it is for work parties and not to have a place to
run trains other than for testing.
Let me know with a go or no go if you are willing to participate in work
parties to be set up during the month of May. If the majority of the club
is a go with this plan then Jack and I will make arrangements to tour the
proposed hanger with the official at the airport and report back to the club
before committing.
I think we can get alot done if the club takes advantage of this opportunity.
