The only weekend I’m available out of these is April 15-16… let me know if
others want to work that weekend.

1. Bill……that (see below) is a great list . We just have to prioritize. Pick
a task that we can accomplish on a Saturday on in a weekend and do them one by
one. We can have multiple groups at working different things. That’s the part
where I have no clue. I am not sure how to organize or prioritize the tasks.
The garage is ours to do with those weekends. We meet at the trailer Sat AM.
Get out what we need. Then take it back Saturday or Sunday afternoon.
2. FREE WEEKENDS for GARAGE USE MARCH 2017:
March 4-5 probably out….I am coming home from a conference in Florida sometime
on the 4th

March 18-19 -s out…..in Nashville at a Meeting
March 25-26 OPEN
APRIL 2017 DATES

April 28-29 OPEN (post York) ……This weekend could be fun….it will be warm
enough to fire up the bar-b-q and we can make hot dogs, etc

1) corner power repairs on big layout
2) ballast repairs on big layout
3) plastic spikes @ joiners repair
4) delete memories in the club remotes
5) refresh modules
6) build raffle set 64" x 48"
7) add 4th section to small layout ?
8) skirt and plexiglass for small layout ?
9) cabinet - help Wally ?
10) station modules - Ben ?
11) if the station modules are built, need additional 6' x 4' Peter ?
12) service club trains for the 2017 season ?
13) Time Saver repairs - bumpers, LC Legacy, bldgs., skirt ?
14) Lift out - scenary ?
