The Governor has allowed Virginia to enter Phase II earlier than we
anticipated. We originally had anticipated this occurring next Wednesday. In
response, the RF&P met a week earlier than originally planned.
Attached is the document covering Phase II reopening in Virginia. While you are
welcome to read the entire document, the section that covers our operation
starts on page 32. The RF&P Board is working to ensure rules governing
operation of the club are consistent across all SIGs. It was noted that no
policy decisions are made by the SIGs. This policy is notopen to discussion.
The protocols are shared for member information only.
We are in Phase II. Groups of club members will be limited to 50% of thespace
occupancy capacity. I will be checking the Storefront to confirm the occupancy
capacity. Regarding public display we will remain closed duringPhase II. Use
of the Storefront is for members only. Masks are mandated by the Governor, we
will wear masks. The RF&P Policy will be printed out and posted on the door.
I look forward to seeing you all in a week. The RC3R Board is meeting on Friday
June 12th. We will setup the space for our meeting, and put together the agenda
then. Please let us know if there agenda items you want included.
