We were asked by the Brandermill Church to set up a small layout in the Narthex
of their church for one morning of their Vacation Bible School.
The date which works for Tom for transport is Friday August 6.
The school starts at 0930 and lasts till 1200.
Figure arrival about 0830…….an hour should give us plenty of time to set up the
6x11.
We will need about 6-8 people.
I will leave it to Tom when he wants to load the trailer.
We can obviously take down and pack up the layout and have it ready for
transport earlier that week.

Hi Peter! Thank you so much for your willingness for the club to bring a train
set up to our church for Vacation Bible School.

We are located in Sunday Park in the Brandermill Community off Route 360, Hull
Street Road
Our VBS starts at 9:30 so if you got here around 8:30 to 8:45 that would give
you plenty of time to get set up. You will be located in the inner narthex
which is carpeted and right outside our sanctuary entry doors. There are
multiple outlets around.
Our children will be traveling from station to station so they will come in
groups of about 20 as they go into and out of the sanctuary.
