It's the old C&O station for Norge.  It was in sad shape when they moved it
to this location and have done an awesome job!  When I visited during its
grand opening, the right side was set up for refreshments and was a space of
nice size.

The caboose and the station are in the same parking lot with the library
located in James City County, Va.. The station was nicely done on the
inside. The right side was empty -- possibility maybe ?
