The signup sheet for the Fair is now posted. The link is:
www.rivercity3railers.org/signup.html. Click where it says “Fair Sign Up Sheet”
and you will be directed to a google document, with this link you should be
able to edit it. Place your name on any of the blank lines. I am including
Ben’s instructions below, as a reminder, we NEED everybody to sign up for 2
shifts so nobody has an excessive workload. Likewise, please ONLY sign up for 2
shifts for the time being; we want everybody to have an equal opportunity to
run, and especially with the limited layout we set up at the fair, more than 4
people starts to get cramped. Extra shifts will be opened up in the couple of
weeks before the fair for anybody who wants them. There are 48 total openings,
based on 4 per shift, if everybody does their 2 shifts then this works out just
about perfectly.
If anybody has any problems with the signup process, please let me know.

Aug 26th, Friday 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Aug 27th, Saturday 11:00 AM to 4:PM
4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Aug 28th, Sunday 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM
5:30 PM to 9:00 PM
Aug 29th, Monday 5:00 PM to 9:00PM
Aug 30th, Tuesday 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Aug 31st, Wednesday 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Sep 1st, Thursday 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Sep 2nd, Friday 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Please note, that if there is a crowd at 9:00, you should run until they are
gone. There MUST be 3 people per shift. 1 for the Raffle and 2 to run trains.
This will allow breaks for the people working.
We have around 22 people in the club. 2 shifts should be enough. It would
be good to verify the signup at the meeting before the fair on August 14th.
