[rc3r] Cab 2 Updates

I've made up some programing modules with the latest Cab2 software updates 
(Base V6.0, Remote V7.0). I will bring them to the club meeting Saturday. If 
you want to get your base and remote updated I can do it after the meeting. 
Bring your remote, base, and power supply.
