[ratpack] Lens filter

Well got home from vacation and grabbed the rubber drawer liner to see if it
would help me take off the filter. No luck. Grabbed the channel locks and put
the rubber liner around it. It coaxed it off. I can screw other filters on the
lens but this one doesn't want to go on this or other lens. Looks like I need a
new filter. This one is buggered I guess. I was careful but still mocked the
