[ratpack] Computer help

Hey,all;
For the last several days, I have been having a problem with eBay that I have
never experienced before.
I can log in, but when I start to search for an item or view my watch list, it
takes a great while for everything to become active, and m ost times, I can
enter only the first word, in search, and the computer locks. I get a message
from Windows "eBay.com is not re sponding." with a box "rec over web page",
which does nothing when I click it.
Following a suggestion from the eBay Q & A site, I have attempted to clear the
cache and cookies and rebooted Win dows 7, w ith no positive effect. ( as
usual, "Help" was not helpful) I am not sure i f I did it correctly . Can
someone help?
