Can you see it on the network?
If in windows, bring up a command window, or the powershell and enter:
nslookup raspberrypi
assuming you didn't change the network name of the RPI.
That will give you the IP address if it is on the network, and then you can
SSH into it to fix things and run some audio tests.

Subject: [raspberry-vi] No speech on my Raspberry Pie 4.
I am having an issue with my Raspberry Pie 4 not speaking.
It was working with Orca before I lost speech completely.
I developed my problem when I was trying to chamge my network connection
from Virgin to my new router with Sky.
Changing the WI-FI connection from terminal with sudo raspi-config didn’t
work so I decided to run the piwiz tool.
I went through the setup for the password, language etc and I think I
entered my Wi-Fi correctly only it was after I restarted my pie that I lost
speech so now I do not know what is happening.
I took out the card to see if I could do a complete reset and get back to a
spoken prompt about the Orca shortcut but still no luck.
